He answered every question thoroughly, explained each step clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. Jay went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and on time. I never felt rushed or overlooked. He truly made me feel valued and supported. The rooms are spacious and each aspect of the homes were placed so intentionally. I even toured the 3bedroom townhome and I lovedddd the setup of that floor plan, too. Also, leasing agent Jay? Needless to say, I applied and am very much looking forward to moving in soon. I can honestly say Jay was one of the main reasons I decided to make Harmon Cedar Run my future home.
