I especially want to recognize Jay. Jay was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He answered every question thoroughly, explained each step clearly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. Jay went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and on time. I never felt rushed or overlooked. He truly made me feel valued and supported.
